Our team provided a comprehensive one-stop-shop service, from feasibility to construction, for this ground-up refurbishment of this well-established local gem for our clients, Cliste Group.
????The Fork and Wheel Bar and Restaurant redevelopment features:
☕ A new café and outdoor area
???? An upgraded bar, thoughtfully restored to maintain its signature original character
???? A reimagined partition layout to allow for seamless staff transitions, and a full operational shift from carvery to à la carte.
???? An interior inspired by the surrounding mature, farmland landscape, and a new entrance framing views of the adjacent stream.
