Delivered in partnership with Sayvale Group and Godwin Consult, and handed over to Focus Ireland, the redevelopment of this historic property included a change of use from commercial to residential, sensitively restoring the main structure to a 5-bed dwelling home and constructing 2 additional apartment blocks to maximise the residential potential of the site.
The new additions visually integrate with the built environment of the surrounding Lansdowne Valley Park setting. The new residential development also includes:
– Private open space for each apartment
– Additional parking to support the residential extension of the site
– A central courtyard along with public landscaped open space.
The design sits harmoniously within the existing residential area, and the development avails of proximity to Dublin City Centre and the M50.
