Upon delivery of the project, the development will provide 164 no. units, a mixture of dwelling houses, apartments, and duplexes.
With the recent completion of 6 no. dwelling houses and 2 no. duplex blocks, a total of 28 no. units have been finished to date. Landscaping works including a series of public open spaces, featuring designated play areas will also be provided.
The development has been conscientiously designed to integrate with the surrounding existing developments, contributing a sustainable mix of housing types to complement the well-established residential area.
