Nyne Park, Kilkenny City is a new build project consisting of private, affordable and social homes.
Minister for Housing, Darragh O’Brien TD officially launched affordable homes in Nyne Park, Kilkenny. Meitheal are proud to have led the design team in the delivery of this Cairn Homes development, in partnership with Kilkenny County Council and Clúid Housing.
Nyne Park is set within beautifully landscaped surrounds and located just minutes from the city centre. These homes have an A2 energy rating and feature high levels of insulation, a heat pump with zoning controls and a mechanical extract ventilation system.
“The development of these new homes is a significant milestone in the provision of affordable and high-quality homes in Kilkenny City as in total, these projects will deliver over 320 new homes,” said Minister Darragh O’Brien as he cut the ribbon at the new housing developments.
