Upon completion, the strategic housing development will provide a total of 472 no. residential units.
A sustainable mixture of housing types will be provided, between 2, 3, and 4-bedroom dwelling houses, apartments, and duplexes. The suburban project represents a significant contribution to the recommendations laid out by the Cork County Development Plan.
The Bayly residential development has been designed to cater for social amenity with effective place-making, particularly given the unique topology of the site. Linked active and passive play areas are being provided, along with landscaped parkland, and pedestrian and cyclist connectivity. With this focus on landscape design, the current rich ecological mix of the site has also been preserved and enhanced.
