This project involves an internal re-configuration and refurbishment of the vacant period buildings located in Mallow town centre.
The development will accommodate 13 no. residential units and 1 no. ancillary management office. All residential units will comply with the Sustainable Urban Housing: Design Standards for New Apartments.
Residents will benefit from a private car park to the rear which is accessed via the existing archway between no’s 6 & 7, but more importantly, will be within walking distance of all town centre amenities.
