The scheme delivers a diverse mix of 1–3 bed homes, including terraced houses, apartments, duplexes and maisonettes, together with a two-storey crèche facility to support the growing community.

Each home benefits from high-quality private open space, while the wider masterplan provides generous public and communal amenity areas, including landscaped open spaces, play areas, walkways, and a riparian green infrastructure corridor that enhances biodiversity and the overall recreational offering of the development.

The design response carefully addresses the site’s challenging sloped topography, integrating new homes sensitively within the existing landscape while reinforcing the established urban grain of the surrounding area.

A strong emphasis was placed on connectivity, with a pedestrian and cycle network that seamlessly links the development to neighbouring residential areas and local amenities, while also tying into a permitted pedestrian and cycle route providing onward access to Mallow Train Station. Located close to Mallow town centre, the development benefits from excellent access to Cork, Limerick, and Kerry via the N20, together with regular public transport connections, making it a highly sustainable and well-connected place to live.
