The residential development at the former Dell site in Ballincollig has been granted planning permission by Cork City Council - Comhairle Cathrach Chorcaí.
Meitheal Architects are the lead architects on this project, working with O’Callaghan Properties to provide 124 new homes on this 1-hectare site.
The development comprises 102 one- and two-bed apartments, along with 22 two-and three- bed duplexes, situated between two blocks. Underground car and bicycle parking will be provided alongside.
The development will also benefit from a central landscaped green area, framed by buildings and pedestrian links, supporting linkage to the wider area. The site enjoys high connectivity with Cork City Centre, and is surrounded by a variety of local amenities.
