We are delighted to announce that planning has been granted for our application to restore and repurpose the former Convent of Mercy site, Skibbereen for a multi-use development.
The planning grant includes a multi-unit residential apartment block to the east of the site and new-build housing units that will be accessed from North Street, multi-storey car-park, offices to be housed within the existing school building on site, community hot-desking spaces within the convent chapel, and apartments within the existing convent building,
