Our Strategic Housing Development team are pleased to have submitted a ‘fast-track’ application to An Bord Pleanála for the ‘build to rent’ 17-storey apartment scheme, Railway Gardens adjacent to the South Link Service Station.
This is Cork’s largest SHD application currently under review by An Bord Pleanála.
