The development blends 138 no. 2-storey, 3-4 bed houses, and 118 no. 2-storey 1-2 bed maisonette apartments , along with a 2-storey creche for the new community. Meitheal Architects will be joined by our project partners, KPH Construction, in undertaking this development.

The site is designed around a central landscaped amenity spine formed along an existing hedgerow with mature trees. This green corridor provides generous public open space, play areas and pedestrian and cycle routes that connect through the site and link to the wider area. The scheme acts as a natural extension of Tralee’s existing urban grain, with generous private, communal, and public open space provided throughout. A balanced mix of houses and apartments ensures an efficient and sustainable use of serviced lands while supporting compact growth.

A mere 2.5km from Tralee town centre, seamless access is provided to all necessary amenities, the MTU campus, and major transport links (such as the bus, train, and N69), meaning the national centres of Cork and Dublin are within easy reach.
