We are very pleased to have secured planning for a significant mixed-use development in Kilkenny City.
The grant of permission received from Kilkenny County Council consists of 266 residential units, 126 bed nursing home, 4,000m² of office accommodation, creche, retail units, a new bridge over the River Breagagh, and a new City Park.
