The project involved the change of use from retail of the ground and first floors of an existing 4-storey structure, for the provision of a medical health centre.
For energy efficiency, the existing building fabric was upgraded to NZEB standards and the medical facility was thoughtfully fitted with future-proofed furnishings.
Car parking spanning 2 levels for visitors and staff has additionally been provided.
