Responsible for the interior design and building refurbishment, Meitheal Architects completed the renovation of an existing warehouse to house the new ICBF offices in Ballincollig, Cork. The commercial unit was re-purposed into a modern office facility with an environment that balances open space and more personal subdivided shared spaces. The design supports a fluid work dynamic that easily copes with the new demands of employee flexibility, featuring adaptable work spaces as well as traditional meeting room and canteen facilities.

The colour palette, mix of textures and spatial design breaks down a large floor plate, and provides an engaging office space. The modern interior scheme is based on the principles and ethos of the client, contributing to an environment that feels like a physical extension of brand and vision.
