The 500m2 restaurant, new reception and porte cochere were designed, documented and built within 8 months.
The hotel remained operational, and construction took place in a live hotel environment, thanks to the fantastic construction team involved at KPH Construction.
Crucial requirements in the brief were natural surfaces and décor with the centrepiece ‘canopy’ defining the name of the restaurant and bar. The essence of the space was to bring the sense of outdoor dining inside, as well as providing a new feature covered entrance and inspiring reception space.
The successful results of this key hospitality project are testament to our strong work ethic and ability to deliver challenging projects, and we are currently working on two additional projects for this client.
