This project consisted of the change of use at ground floor level from retail to medical health centre, upgrade of existing circa. 2008 building fabric to NZEB standards and full healthcare fit-out at both ground and first floor levels.

The existing building at Block G1, Bettystown Town Centre is a 4-storey block with an underground car park, occupied 2nd and 3rd floor apartments and a roof terrace. Works included site development, changes to approved elevations and creation of a new stairwell from basement to first floor to solely service the medical centre.
