Project overview

Meitheal have successfully achieved a 10-year planning permission grant for a mixed-use development at Daly’s Hill, Kilkenny.

The project comprises 266 no. residential units (with 133 no. dwelling houses and 133 no. apartment and duplex units), a 126-bed nursing home, 4,000sqm of office space between office blocks and units, a creche, retail units, and parking spaces corresponding to these developments.

A new bridge over the River Breagagh will be installed, alongside a new city park, which will boast 3.96 hectares of open parkland. This project required significant LIHAF masterplan coordination. This project required significant LIHAF masterplan coordination.
