This development's design included the renovation and alteration of a former convent and chapel as protected structures, for use as a flexible-use community facility and 7 no. apartments; along with multi-purpose community space.
Also included is the renovation and alteration of the former Mercy Heights School, for use as an office building, with the construction of a new 4-storey apartment block located to the southeast of the site consisting of 52 no. apartments and the construction of 6 no. 2-storey, 2-bedroom row houses to the west of the site completed the development.
