Dromquinna Manor is an important 19th century heritage property on exceptional grounds on the shore of Kenmare Bay. We worked with the property’s new owner to acquire planning permissions and re-develop the existing property to provide new banqueting and hospitality spaces, construct a new waterfront bistro and pontoon and to re-develop aspects of the grounds into a boutique glamping location. The property has been listed as one of Condé Nast’s world trade destination experiences and has traded exceptionally since re-opening in 2016.
