This Care Home was developed with an operator to add to their portfolio of high quality Nursing Homes, designed to the latest trends in Aged Care. Going on site in 2020, the design fits a 54 bed Nursing Home into a tight site bounded by a river on one side and tight up against a hillside on the other. Careful consideration of materials to achieve a cost effective result for the client was a key part of the successful design strategy.
