The residential development at Hollybrook House, Naas Road, Dublin, consists of the restoration of a protected structure, and the provision of 2 no. 2 and 3-storey apartment blocks. A total of 15 no. units were delivered, a 5-bed dwelling house and 14 no. 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, each with private open space.

The modification of the protected house included a change of use to residential, and was approached sensitively by our experienced team in order to preserve current structural heritage. The development of the adjacent apartment blocks were carefully designed to integrate visually with the existing development. Landscaped public open spaces was also be provided, along with additional parking.

The development lies in a convenient location, rich in transport links and within proximity of major centres of employment.
