The project at Janeville is a 1,100 unit mixed-use residential development, including multi-storey residences. Meitheal Architects worked with the Local Authority to draft and adapt a Development Framework Plan for the site.

As Lead Architect, Meitheal were responsible for the design and delivery across all design and construction stages, including: Design Team Lead, dispensing PSDP tasks, leading stakeholder consultations, obtaining statutory approvals, preparing relevant planning / tender / construction drawings, coordinating the wider design team, ensuring all contract and legal obligations were met.
