Mungret Gate is a development of 201 dwellings for Homeland Ltd. where we were designers, project managers, PSDP and assigned certifiers. This full-service appointment allows additional efficiency in the design, statutory and construction process for our clients, allowing a high quality one-stop shop service.

The Mungret Gate development is a complex infill site located in the townland of Baunacloka, Limerick. The estate design encompassed many challenges, including the new LIHAF distributor road splitting the site. We are now working with Homeland on the last phase of this development.
