Masterplan for a 15 year plan for Newcastle, Dublin. The proposed development includes 2169 no. new, energy efficient homes, integrating the existing village and amenities while providing a range of new residential amenities including: a hotel, a secondary school, new community facilities such as a crèche and a tennis club.
